
The most expensive property sale in Central Florida this year has an unusual story: Parts of it were once an Indian burial ground containing prehistoric remains.
On Lake Tibet in Bay Hill, the property was purchased for $18 million in May by Chuck Whittall, president of Unicorp National Developments Inc., who has begun developing a small community of luxury homes, called Carmel, priced between $4 million and $15 million.
