Disney-themed homes and an Indian burial ground among Top 10 most expensive property sales in Central Florida for 2019

The most expensive property sale in Central Florida this year has an unusual story: Parts of it were once an Indian burial ground containing prehistoric remains.

On Lake Tibet in Bay Hill, the property was purchased for $18 million in May by Chuck Whittall, president of Unicorp National Developments Inc., who has begun developing a small community of luxury homes, called Carmel, priced between $4 million and $15 million.
