Universal: New ‘Bourne’ show arrives June 30

“The Bourne Stuntacular,” a live stage show, will officially debut at Universal Studios theme park on Tuesday, June 30, Universal Orlando Resort announced Saturday afternoon.

The production, based on characters and circumstances from the Jason Bourne movie franchise, features action on and above stage, backed by a giant screen that enhances the effects. The attraction has been in “technical rehearsal” for a few weeks, allowing some theme-park visitors to preview the show.

The new attraction is produced in the building that was home to the Terminator 2: 3-D show.

On Monday, June 29, Universal will present a preview on its YouTube channel, beginning at 7 p.m. It will include guests from the films and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of “Stuntacular.”
